The meaning of Your Total Stress Number:

Under 150: you have a moderate amount of stress
Between 150 and 300: you have a high amount of stress
Above 300: you have a very high amount of stress.

The higher your score is, the more you will be prone to having sleep problems. Obviously there are more things that can cause stress in your life. This is not a definitive test, but it can give you a general idea of the amount of stress your body is under. Making lifestyle changes is one of the best ways to decrease your stress level, however it's not always easy or possible. Another option is to use specific exercises and methods to help your body deal better with stress.
